We had such a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided us with a room last minute when we needed a place to rest before continuing our journey. The wifi was super fast, and they even had a smartphone available for my mother who didn't have a phone. Special shoutout to Mikan at the front desk, who helped us book a car to visit Sun Moon Lake. The location, while not in the prime area of activity, is still on a main street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free wifi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. the service and hospitality of the staff made this hotel a standout.

Good location with easy access to transportation and attractions. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work most of the time. The gym was small and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning in the room was loud and inefficient.

The hotel is located on a main street very near to 'Jia Dong Jiao' BRT station. Though it's not in a prime area of activity, it's away from the night market. the rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, cozy, and spacious as seen in the pictures provided by the reviews. the staff is professional and always willing to help with any need or question during your stay. the breakfast is well-prepared and sufficient with a good selection of items, according to some reviews.

Some guests mentioned a musky smell in their room, which could be improved by airing out the room or providing a more thorough cleaning of carpets.
